Deema Dakakni is an instructor of English at the Lebanese American University. She has taught courses ranging from Intensive English 003 to Oral Communication Skills. Her second masters awarded from LAU was in Education-TESOL.

Currently, she is furthering her studies in the domain of English Language Teaching in the Gendered Curriculum, a subject Dakakni is enamored by and, to this effect, has participated in several conferences. Having obtained her first MA in Personnel Management from AUB, she occasionally gives Business ethics courses.
