Teaching Diploma

This program is open to students of all majors and provides two options:

  1. TD in Elementary Education
  2. TD in teaching various subject matters at the Intermediate and Secondary Education

It is recommended that applicants select a Teaching Diploma program that is compatible with their major so they may get the official equivalence from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

Besides strengthening the credentials of the prospective teacher, the program aims to provide pedagogical knowledge and practical skills, helping graduates become better curriculum planners, classroom managers and problem solvers, researchers and critical thinkers in their professions.

Curriculum

The Teaching Diploma consists of 21 credits, to be taken in addition to your bachelor’s degree requirements. The 21 credits may be taken in combination with the bachelor’s degree courses, or as a post-B.A./B.S. program, which may be completed in one academic year.
